What the register will use

When enabled, we plan to collect your email address, your explicit consent to Christmas Pardon campaign emails, the consent wording version, the time of consent and the campaign source. We do not ask for your name, phone number or birthday.

Where your details will go

Google Sheets is the proposed register storage. Klaviyo is the proposed email subscription and delivery service. The purpose is to send early-access announcements and booking updates about Alcotraz: The Christmas Pardon. It does not include unrelated marketing.

Your choice

The campaign checkbox will be unchecked. You will be able to unsubscribe using campaign emails. Cookie choices are separate and do not subscribe you to emails.

Before live entries open

The owner must confirm the legal controller, privacy contact, retention period, deletion process, processor arrangements and international transfer safeguards. This draft does not claim these integrations are already covered by the existing policy.
